I dont know whether is this the rite place to ask, but i wanted to know how i can integrate the spellchecker provided by tinymce in my custom form textarea.

You don't have to do anything special to the form as long as you follow the guidelines so the module can recognize the format selectors.
To get the spellchecker to work - which requires a second library and is thus not included by default in Wysiwyg module - you can try the Wysiwyg Spellcheck module. It takes care of informing Wysiwyg module about the spellchecker plugin.
