vocabularies have same name and same vid
one extra term is added to the localhost vocabulary and deploy is started for that vocabulary

a new vocabulary with the same name and the correct terms gets created in the remote server
the old vocabulary name still exists with one less term ...

is that the expected behaviour ? or it supposed to update the vocabularies like it does with nodes ?

On second inspection the update process is working even if the vocabularies are not the same vid (which is good)
but all the vocabularies options I assume have to be EXACTLY the same

in my case I had "localize terms" checked on one of the vocabularies and "none" for the other and it considered them different vocabularies I guess ... is this part of taxonomy behaviour ?
