While using the Email option, I am entering a proper email and still getting the error:
You must enter an e-mail address.

what have I done wrong??

I guess you're entering a blank line after the proper e-mail address. At least that was the way I managed to reproduce the problem. The fix should be easy to implement.

Thank for the reply and fix. That's exactly what might've happened, I am able to reproduce the problem by hitting an enter after the email address.
When can I download the new update? It's not available yet on: http://drupal.org/project/print

You can download it now by downloading the 6.x-dev or wait a few days for version 1.9...
