Update Russian translations

Anyone with CVS account can commit the translations...feel free to do so at any time. No one ever did anything about the original translation update before filing this issue (which is technically a duplicate of #345691: Russian translation).

@Dave there's no russian on l.d.o because historical reasons and russians prefer using live translation which does not supported by l.d.o

After contacting with pvasili I will commit translations to 5--2 and 6--1 branches

I suppose 6--2 branch is too draft

It seems this was not committed still. I've committed it for 6.x-1.x and 6.x-2.x.

I don't actively maintain 5.x any more, but welcome anyone to get CVS commit access and commit it directly to that branch.
