Allow the current user to add a private note (that only he/she can see) about a two way relationship. This is different that the elaborations in the sense that elaboration is readable to both. This about keeping a private note/address/contact whatever the user see fit. This will also make the site more stickly as this can act as their private database.

This type of feature would be trivial once we go down the 'relationships as entities' path with the 7.x branch, but won't be implemented before then unless someone steps up with a patch.
