Admin module integration

Form Builder does *one thing*: Allows the editing of FAPI arrays. The current implementations included with Form Builder are examples and starting points for other modules, there's no plan to include direct "edit any form you want" or "create entirely new form" functionality. There's a lot more to forms than just designing the front-end, but that's all Form Builder is designed to do.
