Storm requires that Preview for content be optional.

If the content setting requires a preview before saving, Storm will not display a preview or save button (making it impossible to save a new record of any type). If content previews are optional then the normal save button is visible. This is on the current release Drupal (6.13) and Storm (6.x-1.9) versions. If there is no rational preview (and I would agree there probably isn't) then it would seem reasonable to show the save as if a preview had been run.
