Guys,

Following the thread in http://drupal.org/node/419296 has been spinning my head. Is there any chance that a little more step-by-step cluetrail is possible?

It seems like 6.x should be able to use the wkhtmltopdf approach, yes?

SInce I have root access, I actually did download the static binaries and have installed them at:
/usr/bin/wkhtmltopdf

I have the module installed....

And now have no idea what to do next. Patch something? Install xfvb somehow somewhere?

Help??
