#652034: Let using comma in floats to set Duration has allowed for input of numbers using a ',' as a decimal separator.

This issue remains for the viewing of numbers with different formats.

In Project Management for Drupal 7, we are moving to using Field API - and internationalization (, vs . for decimal) is supported as part of the core number fields.
