oh boy. Configuring an editor profile without buttons is indeed an edge-case that probably no one will ever do.

Editors should work out of the box with default buttons. FCK works well without checking n-checkboxes. Users may not like to enable n-checkboxes first to get a working editor.

Thx for fixing this, but there is no reason to "name" patches.
