first of all i am sorry about my bad english. Also i wanted to say, that i love this module absolutely.
My idea was to create all the links that appear in the UR-Actions-Block as menu-items. So everybody could create his own Action-Block. It would give a very easy way to name the given links by yourself and a way to say which links apear where.
Also it would be great for integration in panels3, where i cant place blocks in a panel, but i can place menus there.
So UR-Actions as menu-items would give a lot of extra dynamic to this realy great module, i think.

Based on how it seems other users are using the apis to create action links I don't see a wider need for this feature.
