The Launchpad project linked to from the project page does not seem to exist any more, so if you want to get translations, you might want to update that. :)

I've set up the launchpad project for translations and added the pot file for import review. Just time to mark this as fixed and twiddle my thumbs until the template is imported.

FYI, I've now set up my own localization server so that I don't have to deal with launchpad's review processes. You can help translate the module at http://project.davereid.net/translate/projects/stumble.
