Strange things happen when an employee open an order from: /admin/store/orders/sort/all before order submission is completed by the customer. e.g. two or more orders get created, or the order status doesn’t change to pending, sometimes no information of how the order created (by client or site admin)

I can't duplicate this issue on 1.7, and I don't have a 1.5 test site. We'll need more info, or you can verify how to reproduce this issue. I used two different browsers, one logged in as admin, one as anonymous. I viewed the order prior to its completion, and the anonymous browser was able to complete just fine. The order updated as expected.

GA, does this issue arise when the admin opens the order, the user completes, and then the admin saves the order (after the user completed it)?

Marking this as a duplicate of #353001: Concurrent order edits can run each other over.. If you find the issue is not fixed in the current versions of Ubercart please re-open the issue and provide more information so the problem can be reproduced.
