I have uninstalled and reinstalled all modules and this error will generate no matter what I do, this is on a content type of userprofile using content profile and the advanced profile kit.

This content type has inactive fields. Inactive fields are not included in lists of available fields until their modules are enabled.
Location (field_location) is an inactive Text field that uses a Location Field widget.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have searched the web and help and have no seen this exact issue.

Try the disable/re-enable solution outlined in this thread: http://drupal.org/node/335597. I had the same problem and it worked for me.
