Here's some more...

http://drupal.org/patch/review - Fixed docs, which in turn answers the question. Contacted author. Good to delete.

http://drupal.org/node/159730 - I don't see how cross-linking different translations is of any use. Good to delete.

http://drupal.org/node/9070 - Comment is just a complement. Lets delete it.

http://drupal.org/node/21923 - Comment is an interesting idea, but probably should not be included in the docs.

Thanks!

http://drupal.org/patch/review - Deleted comment

http://drupal.org/node/159730 - Deleted comment but incorporated it to main body. There are already book pages that have links to translations. Also, IMO, links to docs translations may be useful resources when we have all the tools to provide docs translation in d.o. - so we already know where to find some of them.

http://drupal.org/node/9070 - - Deleted comment

http://drupal.org/node/21923 - I am not 100% for deletion but I am not for incorporation either. Any opinions?

Thanks!

Theming for designers
theneemies - November 21, 2007 - 00:12

A brief theming introduction, aimed at designers new to Drupal:

Thanks for helping us keep the handbook cleaned up.

And wanted to provide the following feedback:

1 - I believe that writeup has been useful to others, as demonstrated by bookmarks at http://del.icio.us and inclusion in the Smashing Magazine Drupal piece.

2 - However, since I haven't updated it since D5, removing a writeup of decreasing value might make sense.

theneemies,

By no means do I want to de-value your post. It is quite good and the amount of time you spent getting it together, building the images, and writing the post does not go un-noticed. However, we are attempting to clean the handbook of comments (see http://rocktreesky.com/docs-challenge-february-cleaning-comments). However, a link to your companies' blog really does not belong in the docs. The information you have provided is wonderful and it would be greatly appreciated if you helped by extending the documentation to include your work.

Thanks for your help!

Re: 21923, yeah I went ahead and deleted, so this is all done now.

@theneemies your docs were most definitely good stuff, no doubts there. It's just that linking off to third-party sites is generally frowned upon since we can't control that content, update/help edit, nor guarantee that the content will stick around. So, if you could add the content to Drupal.org itself or even better help us improve the theming guide, that would be great.
