There is no custom token for getting the changed date of an event instance, or series.
As a developer I cannot utilize a token replacement for 'changed' or any of the chained derivatives when performing token replacements for an even instance or series.
Adding code to allow for a token for changed date for event series or event instance.

muriqui commentedPlease resubmit as an MR. Also, looks like there are some code quality issues in the patch, such as the use of t() and \Drupal::service instead of $this->t() and dependency injection.
