Problem/Motivation

Focal point preview needs to be provided. The media_library_edit module also provides a preview, so you can see the result of the focal point setting without saving/viewing (and then potentially editing, moving it, etc.).

Proposed resolution

Add soft dependency of media_library_edit module.
