Not sure right component but I've been the main committer for better_exposed_filters for the last year or two. Problem is I can't set default branch or edit gitlab settings. And since opting in the module this has become a problem so please grant me the needed role to do that.

The error given by the module that handles the issues on drupal.org when I tried to move this issue to the project queue is not correct: It is not true that project issues are not enabled; the project issues have been migrated on GitLab.

These offers need to be created in the project issue queue, even when the person asking for more permissions is already co-maintainer or maintainer. As per Offering to become a project owner, maintainer, or co-maintainer, they can be moved in the Drupal.org project ownership queue, 14 days after the offer was posted/moved in the project queue, if the offer has not been declined by maintainers (including the project owner).
Remember to give the project link, when the issue is moved.

As a side note, only the person who made the offer can move the issue.

Since issues cannot be moved between drupal.org and git.drupalcode.org, this issue can be kept as "moved" issue. It can be re-opened 14 days after the issue on the project queue has been created.
