Problem/Motivation

The customer is performing an Acquia DAM migration. They executed a long-running Drush command (estimated to take ~6.7 hours to process 26,512 media items) in the background on the Production environment. Upon restart it starts from beginning.

Proposed resolution

Provide option to run process in multiple CLI sessions with limit and offset.
