After migrating from 11.3.13 to 11.4.1, drupal stopped working correctly. Every administration page reports 'The website encountered an unexpected error'. In the web server log is following message:

This issue seems to duplicate a bit of #3607866: Scaffold plugin does not always create autoload_runtime.php when upgrading to 11.4.

Did you omit the cache rebuild upgrade step?

Hi cilefen,

Thank you very much for your help, using the 'updata.php' worked (had a few database updates to perform). Fyi I did not run any specifique command after pointing to new version (I did not rebuild any caches). It was also the first time I haven't been redirected to the 'update.php' page.
