Problem/Motivation

There is a load of rectors incoming. For now i want to add all the rectors that we actually say real world issues for in contrib so we know they are handled.

First commit looked at last contrib and tried to match against the existing rectors.

Getting here took a little long, missed the fact upgrade_status "massages" phpstan errors.
