With a very long article, a single chunk failure can mean a waste of all other chunks.

Steps to reproduce

Trigger a network failure for example

Proposed resolution

Attempt up to 3 times before giving up.
Bail altogether rather than continuing with subsequent chunks to avoid overwriting an already good audio file
