Problem/Motivation

PDF Generation can sometimes result in cached /node/*/pdf source.

Steps to reproduce

E.g. cloudflare or doppio or other cache kicks in and small changes don't get reflected when regenerating.

Proposed resolution

Cache bust with query string variable
Make it opt-in for existing sites, default for new sites
