avpadernoThese offers need to be created in the project issue queue, even when the person asking for more permissions is already co-maintainer or maintainer. As per Offering to become a project owner, maintainer, or co-maintainer, they can be moved in the Drupal.org project ownership queue, 14 days after the offer was posted/moved in the project queue, if the offer has not been declined by maintainers (including the project owner).
Remember to give the project link, when the issue is moved.
As a side note, only the person who made the offer can move the issue.

avpadernoThis is the first message I sent. I will continue to contact the other maintainers once I post this comment.
The status is Postponed because we are waiting for a reply.
Please post a comment after 14 days, if your offer has not been declined. It will show you are still interested in maintaining this project and it will serve as reminder that a project moderator's action is required.

bdeclerc commentedI've added adelgado12 as a co-maintainer for the project.

avpaderno@bdeclerc Thank you for your quick answer!
This offer is for the maintainer role, which means adelgado12 needs to have all the permissions on the project. If that has been done on purpose, please leave a comment explaining why adelgado12 did not get all the required permissions.

bdeclerc commentedI set it to co-maintainer because the module was not abandoned, we're still maintaining it, but there was a "difficult" interval where we transited between two resource-providers and we're still coming out of it on our end.
And co-maintainership should provide adelgado12 with all the permissions needed to perform the desired actions.
If we truly abandon the project or in the longer term we agree on full maintainership for adelgado12, I will update the permissions.
