SimpleSitemapEnginesForm not found

Error: Class "Drupal\simple_sitemap_engines\Form\SimpleSitemapEnginesForm" not found in simple_sitemap_engines_requirements() (line 20 of web/modules/contrib/simple_sitemap/modules/simple_sitemap_engines/simple_sitemap_engines.install).

Configuration path unavailable (Ubuntu)

Oddly this seems to work locally but actual prod server seems to have an issue. Shows white screen of death on config page.

Disabling Simple XML Sitemap (Search engines) seems to mitigate the iissue I am having
