In 3.3.0, new links were defined for the order items: "edit-form" and "delete-form". It causes WSOD when the order item doesn't have a relation to the order.

If a bug, provide steps to reproduce it from a clean install.

The easiest way to reproduce it is with the "Entity usage" module.
Enable the "Entity usage" module and try to add a product to the cart
