Problem/Motivation

Since Drupal 7 is now EOL, the migration path for it is deprecated in Drupal 11 and will be fully removed in Drupal 12, ref #3371229: [Policy] Migrate Drupal and Migrate Drupal UI after Drupal 7 EOL.

The expectation is that existing projects have already migrated to current Drupal versions and there are probably little to no Drupal 7 projects remaining in the wild. If any project still is running D7 and wants to update, they can still install an older version of Rokka for this purpose.

Proposed resolution

Remove the obsolete Drupal 7 migration code.
