I know we made this generic on purpose, even though our primary implementation is the order activity stream, but I'm thinking it would be good to at least have the label and ID match here. Thus, "Commerce activity" or even "Commerce activity logs." I looked all over trying to find this until I realized it was just the generic "Activity." 😅

While we're fixing labels, we should also retitle the default block to "Order activity", which is the title for the section we use on the order view page itself.
