Transfer Commerce Wishlist ownership to centarro

I've emailed with the current owner / maintainer of the module in the past, and his proposal was to see if any other maintainers had an interest in this project. As of the last 6.5 years, all commits to this project have come from Centarro, either via bojanz or jsacksick authoring or else reviewing and committing issues. April 2019 was the last commit by another maintainer, and that just a version bump for the drupal/commerce dependency.

We have various clients and multiple team members within Centarro who contribute to this project. The best path forward would be to transfer ownership of the project to the Centarro user so we can add people as needed and revise the project page to be current.
