When use CSHS filter in views "Level labels" option doesn't appear in translation interface.

Steps to reproduce

1. You need a site with two or more languages
2. Add some views with CSHS filter
3. Fill in "Level labels" for this filter.
4. Try to translate view. "Level labels" will not appear in translation form.

Proposed resolution

Change "Level labels" type from "string" to "label". Patch with changes is in attachment
