Problem/Motivation

We have discovered a bug where we are over-filtering WYSIWYG fields.

We have a function `_civictheme_preprocess_wysiwyg_field` that adds CivicTheme classes to WYSIWYG fields. (As a side note, this can be used on any long_text / text (formatted text) to add CT classes).

We implemented a fix in 1.12.0 version that was meant to fix converting emails to URLs but the fix implemented filtered the input with the rich text format.

This has caused any disallowed tag ie figure and iframe (are the core issues) are being filtered out.

Proposed resolution

1. Reverse the email fix, remove email filtering as core implements this already.
2. Create issues explaining how to do link processing
