Problem/Motivation

As part of #3536182: Add support for AI module VDB Provider we identified the need to re-use the Connector forms in different places, such as the VDB provider form.

This issue takes the work done there and adds just the trait and tests so we can push the rest of the code to https://www.drupal.org/project/ai_vdb_provider_opensearch
