Problem/Motivation

Some users are experiencing issues when setting up CivicTheme for GovCMS SaaS environments.

Setting it up requires more steps and removing the pre-existing content types, media types for new GovCMS SaaS sites.

Proposed resolution

Create a script that can be run which carries out all the steps needed to install and setup CivicTheme with base content and blocks on a GovCMS SaaS local installation.

This script has been ported from Ivan Zugec's work creating the bash script and testing:
