Show selected topics only in the Automated list filter

Problem/Motivation

When creating an Automated list, there is an option to only show content tagged with specific terms from the Topics vocab in the list. This works as expected. However, if I choose to expose the Topics filter on the Auto list, the filter exposes every term in the vocabulary, not only the terms I have selected.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an Automated list
2. Open the Metadata panel and add the terms from the Topics taxonomy to limit the list to content only tagged with these terms
3. Open the Filters panel and check the Topics checkbox to expose the Topics as a filter (select only that checkbox or select another checkbox too)
4. Save the node

Observed

• All the topics are exposed in the filters
• In the listing, only nodes with the selected terms present display - works as expected

Expected

If I choose to only show content tagged with specific terms in the list, then the filter should only expose those terms, not the entire vocabulary.
If I choose no topics (show all in list) then all topics should display in filter.
