Problem/Motivation:
Sam152 has confirmed they no longer wish to continue as a maintainer for the Content Moderation and Workflows modules.

Proposed resolution:
Remove Sam152’s name and contact details from the MAINTAINERS.txt entries for Content Moderation and Workflows.

Remaining tasks:

  • Commit the update to MAINTAINERS.txt
  • Notify the Core Committers Slack channel when merged

No UI/API/Data model changes.

Thank you Sam152 for helping to maintain Drupal core.

I read the MR and it looks correct to me.

@immaculatexavier, the core committer channel is private and that task will be done a member of the leadership team.

Checked a few other recent changes and fairly certain we need to keep the module and use - ? when there is no submodule maintainer.
