I used the following guide https://www.atlantic.net/dedicated-server-hosting/how-to-install-drupal-... to install Drupal on Oracle Linux 9 adjusting for newer versions of the repos.
When I request the example site I get the following error:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe
(My italics)
The persmissions on the folder appear to be correct.
