Problem/Motivation

The label text 'Use replacement tokens from the first row' in TokenizeAreaPluginBase is misleading, because:

- sitewide tokens are available too
- tokens from argument values are available too
- most importantly, both of these are available even if there is NO first row because the view has no results.

This is misleading and confusing.

Proposed resolution

Change the text to something clearer.
