Problem/Motivation

The "scrolling" and "frameborder" attributes are added on the iframe tag, in media-soundcloud-embed.html.twig.

This attributes are deprecated and causing accessibility issue.

Steps to reproduce

Add an souncloud object to the site. Check the HTML produced.

Proposed resolution

Update the twig template and remove the attributes.
