I am interested in becoming the maintainer of the SkipTo module.

I am interested in helping to port this to the latest versions of Drupal.

I would like use this module in several projects and as such would like to help make it available and keep it well-maintained.

I have recently become a co-maintainer but realise I need more permissions given that the current maintainers are AWOL.

I would be happy to take over ownership as well if that is appropriate.
