Set Up IXP Management Site

Problem/Motivation

The initiative needs a dedicated management platform at ixp.drupalhtx.space to track and support program activities.

Proposed resolution

Establish management site with:
- Registration of COmpany admins, Company Members, IXPs, IXP Reviewers
- Coupon registration - request
- Program tracking tools
- Progress reporting systems
- Resource repository
- Communication platform
