Fix eslint warning in viewsreference.js

Problem/Motivation

It seems the code related to showing/hiding display ID causes this error:

Steps to reproduce

Eslint in any current gitlab pipeline, e.g. https://git.drupalcode.org/issue/viewsreference-3489155/-/jobs/3450190

Proposed resolution

Some options:

• Maybe we can use drupal ajax instead? Needs testing it still works with chosen as per #2918832: Viewsreference field select not hidden when using chosen
• Make the ajax event local, need to find a reliable source key to target listening for ajax on
