Motivation

We are using the Audio Embed Field module on some web sites.

We need to be able to use this module on some new Drupal 11 web sites.

Proposed resolution

I volunteer to maintain the module and pledge to do a Drupal 11 release as soon as possible.

I have already created an issue and proposed a merge-request for this:

Remaining tasks

Add me as a new maintainer of this module.

If the current maintainer is not around anymore I will follow the procedure described here to get the module updated.

Current maintainer has been contacted via his contact form on November 20th 2024.

Hi Mably,

I have checked your branch and saw lot of changes there.

Your code has been merged. Please check dev(https://www.drupal.org/project/audio_embed_field/releases/8.x-2.x-dev) version.

Until, I will also testing your code in dev version.

And a few deprecation fixes.
