Create a backlog with prioritized features we need in the project

Problem/Motivation

We need clear and detailed documented user stories, including designs and (technical) criteria.

Steps:

• in sync monthly meetings to inquire about the needs and wants for feauters in the la_eu project
• hopefully one irl meeting to finish our stories
• gathering all information and creating a coherent document
• gathering feedback and improving said document
• set our priorities straight.
• Offert the document to an agency for a quote
