Problem/Motivation

There is no way to alter the output array of the placeholder embed video from another module.

Proposed resolution

Add hook_social_embed_placeholder_alter to provide API for overriding the output array of placeholder text. Invoke this hook in getPlaceholderMarkupForProvider() method.
