Added testing for all supported core versions and fixed the pipeline except for next-major, which is currently still Drupal 11 and which we'll deal with over in #3470214: Add compatibility with Drupal 11. No changes except for cspell in README, phpcs and some deprecations in tests, so straight to RTBC.
