Problem/Motivation

The ability to configure the yoast seo fields by bundle is no longer available.
/admin/config/yoast_seo now looks like this

Steps to reproduce

1. Access the config page for Yoast SEO at /admin/config/yoast_seo
2. See that the 'Configure real-time SEO by bundles' fieldset is no longer available.

Proposed resolution

Add the config form to allow bundle configuration.

Configuration of bundles is now done by adding the Real-time SEO status & focused keywords field to each of your content types.

The documentation probably needs to be updated.

Work towards updating the documentation has been started in #3473639: Configuration of bundles not available at /admin/config/yoast_seo though never completed. I'll do my best to prioritise that issue. Thanks for bringing this back to my attention.
