Fix the start, play, and pause events for remote videos when switching slider in Hero Slider causing disruptive user experience

Problem/Motivation

When a site admin adds a remote video to the hero slider, the video plays in the background automatically, creating noise. Users are unable to mute the video, leading to a disruptive experience.

Steps to reproduce

1- Log in as admin
2- Add a remote video to the hero slider.
3- Save the changes and view the homepage where the hero slider is displayed.
4- Observe that the video plays automatically in the background.
