Problem/Motivation

Drupal Core updated Yarn from version 1 to version 4 in #3109556: Update from Yarn 1 to Yarn 4, so the expected version of Yarn in Drupal 11.x is now >= 4.1.1, but Project Browser is still at v1.22.22.
