closed #3047809-15: Tabbing inside dialogs do not work with Safari as outdated. turned out it was not an issue anymore testing the steps to reproduce in the current version of safari.

Discussed with @catch but since #1344552: Password confirm field type should have support for #maxlength attribute ended with works as designed after a lot of work I'm moving over credit for some of the users who continued to work on it.
