Problem/Motivation

On a fresh Drupal 11 with the navigation module enabled, we cannot use the Navigation block settings page because the cursor of "drag&drop" overlap the Layout builder form on the right.

Users can not click on the "Save" button because of the .toolbar-popover__wrapper.

See capture below.

Steps to reproduce

* Install D11 with the minimal profile
* Enable navigation
* Go to Admin > Config > User interface > Nav blocks
* Results: you cannot click on save

I'm sure this is due to drupal.displace and inner JS action.
this is not due to profile, nor theme.

Hi
I've tried to reproduce the issue on Drupal 11.x.
Unable to reproduce the issue, the Navigation block page shows an error.
Let me know if I'm missing anything
Followed the testing steps below:

  1. Install D11 with the minimal profile
  2. Enable navigation
  3. Go to Admin > Config > User interface > Nav blocks

Adding SS for reference

Issue summary is still incomplete

#8 mentions being able to replicate so need to verify that too

I'm unable to reproduce this issue with the latest 11.x.

Following the steps to reproduce in the issue description, I don't get the error reported in #8, the Navigation blocks UI does render. Furthermore, I can click on Save successfully without any issues.

Closing as cannot reproduce.
